Delivery on all orders over £50.00 is free and will be sent using standard delivery. This applies to UK orders only.

There is an extra charge for a faster delivery service.
Your order will be sent to the address that you have specified for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate.
Orders placed before 1.00pm will normally be sent out on the same day.
Orders placed after 1.00pm will leave the following working day.
We deliver to a specified number of countries in Europe and the rest of the world by standard delivery. Delivery charges are calculated by both size and weight of the item/s ordered. The shipping price quoted during checkout may sometimes be subject to change. Where there is an increase in cost you will be contacted immediately with full details, and shipping will be postponed until full payment is received.
Please note that we cannot send to international PO Box addresses, so the delivery address provided must be residential or business.
Wherever we can we try to recycle our packaging materials.
We provide a Gift Wrapping Service for an additional cost of £1.50.
We will wrap your gift beautifully in gift wrap and add a gift label and message.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours by contacting us via email or telephone. Where goods are damaged or faulty we will either refund in full (including postage) or replace the item.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 working days of receiving the goods, saying that you wish to return the item(s).
We will be happy to refund you, providing the item(s) returned to us are unused and in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We do not refund the original postage or the postage for returning the goods.
We do not give exchanges or refunds on items returned to us after 28 days from receipt.
Please note that the item is your own responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend that, for your own protection, you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Please note that refund of postage will not be made unless the goods are faulty or where there was an error on the part of Lovely Lane.
Goods must have been returned in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy.
Refunds can take up to 30 days and will be made to the Payment Card used.
